this is a sort of ...strange vigor ^^ just something i did on accident :P tell me wat u think lol ( looks alot better ingame)

All you have to do is save the image to
.../Program Files/Conquer 2.0/c3/effect/2ndMetempsychosis

i dont like it much, but, good work, if u dont want that white effect safe the dds as explicit area.

lol for the first vigor you made it to light thats why there is white squares around it
