save it and close

go to 3DEffectObj.ini
add those lines

11742=c3/effect/other/thunder/5.c3
11743=c3/effect/other/thunder/6.c3
11744=c3/effect/other/thunder/7.c3
11745=c3/effect/other/thunder/8.c3

save
open 3DTexture.ini and add those lines

11738=c3/effect/other/thunder/1.dds
11739=c3/effect/other/thunder/2.dds
11740=c3/effect/other/thunder/3.dds
11742=c3/effect/other/thunder/5.dds
11743=c3/effect/other/thunder/6.dds
11744=c3/effect/other/thunder/7.dds
11745=c3/effect/other/thunder/8.dds

save and close, download attachment and extract it to
ConquerFolder/c3/effect/other/
