Ok, I decided to make the "Frost Blade" look more "FROSTY" Unzip the files and put them in this directory...

C:\Program Files\Conquer 2.0\c3\effect\blade\410239&#09 2;

If you cant figure it out your not a real epvp member and you should leave. Enjoy Guys.
