1. Go 2 C>ProgramFiles>Conquer 2.0>c3>effect>Twincity
2. Do the stuff from the map in the twincity things dont forgot 2 make a backup and its done ^^

Ok i did what u wanted i have something else for weapon maybe it isnt what u want :? but its cool i hope...

PS:It works only whit refined i am looking how it works whit elite and unique super and others
