Need Garment Designer/Uploader

I'm running a new conquer server that has not released quite yet!
I need someone who knows how to upload current garments like frozen fantasy, cheerleader, the anime garments and all of that. I really havent been able to find anyone. Im looking to add someone to my team, and im willing to pay for your work.
