EDIT:it glows like a rainbow i forgot to mention + i sharpened the end of it up to make it look more like a dagger not a small club ><
add 490228 to your c3/texture folder just place the file inside there nothing else needed.
and in your c3/effects make a new folder named "dagger" ( no quotes needed)
and place 490229 inside it then restart co and wala! new 115-130 dagger effect
. once i learn how to add swirly things to it ill make new models of 120-130 daggers and effects for them
