its his own work like his own made c3 file

if anyone is looking to edit .c3 files you can do a few different things pay someone to make you a converter or plugin, make your own converter or plugin, or hack the TQ company and steal their plugin. (i know it is posible to hack TQ or there wouldnt be a Conquer Binary)

for 3ds max 5 or 7 there is a plugin, but you need to transfer some .dll's from your client (C3_CORE_Dll, etc). Then it can export .c3 files (you can only make them, not edit)
