They both work fine, Still in use by many people.
They go in either:
(Retail conquer will be)
C:\Program Files\(The Conquer Folder)\c3\effect\(& replace the "Luck Diffuse" Folder with mine & or replace the files inside it with mine)
If you're using a private server they will go in where ever you put there folder:
c3\effect\(& replace the "Luck Diffuse" Folder with mine & or replace the files inside it with mine)
Be sure to backup the original files first.
