we are not defending the OP who started this thread, we are tryng to help our CO friends to create their own c3 meshes, if you don't like it, we can just shut up instantly.

Only TQ has it, and we don't.

The C3 plugin uploaded here doesn't work,

and it still won't even if you beg it to.


And I have still not seen any proof of C3 edits on this entire site.

All I've seen is C3 file switching, which isn't really editing, it's mainly just moving a file....

And the one who started this thread apparently likes to scam people,

sell his "secret" and run away with the money...

Which also means that he didn't have it either..

not simply moving and renaming the mesh.

The only C3 editor I have been able to find was for 3deffect and maps. Which isn't even a c3 editor/maker people use it for maps in game design, there not going around saying "selling program to edit .c3 files made by TQ" it is totally different then that.

Idk if TQ picked an already-in-use name but not file extension or what but the C3 plugin/editor they are talking about isn't made for TQ's files

Now, we can make new C3 model and we can apply it to game

Items are very easy to make but NPC and Monster are some different
For making a new Monster, you have to split its motions
Example... reset motion is 1.C3, working motion is 100.C3 and attack motion is 101.C3

And also we can make C3 impoter for 3DS Max (It means we can edit C3s in game)
Open the C3_CORE soueces then study it
Using the 3DS Plugin Wizard with VC++, we can make it

And you can add Maps, Items, Monsters and Pets from other TQ games
The internal structure of CO, EO, CT, ZO, WL are almost same

the mesh I uploaded is a quake2 weapon - BFG10K MDL file. I will soon upload c3 viewer so you can really see it's legit.
