It's easy lol just press "Q" in photoshop select the part and make it wider Make a red/orange color and use the tool Liquify to make it look more realistic

I like to edit 2
don't have much time for it tho
and i'm still a **** noob when it's about modding xD
I'll not post my edits till I really like them haha xD

hope I can make such edits like you guys do soon
