Most of the effects in effect folder are written in that file.

Can you make level 100 105 and 110 blades with a Black Handle, Green Blade, and Black waves going through the blade.

Super Weapon Requests:
- (weapon prof) - Sword
- Level of weapon - 130
- Super glow collor - green
- Weapon collor - basic colour black with gold around it (sumthing extra a blood tip on the end of the sword whould be nice
