It's still very clean and everything but .. there are some details you may want to improve to .. push it to the next level if you know what I mean
Too many different fonts, colors, too many different photoshop styles used on texts, and excepted the logo, it's still very plain and classic =/
What would be cool : Find a theme to follow, max 2-3 fonts ( one more original and fantasy for the main titles, and logo and another one more .. readable for basic text ) Stick it to a scheme of 2-3 colors, including background colors.
About buttons, you may want to make them more (3D) realistic and not all plain gray, try to play with bevel and emboss and inner shadows layer styles you'll get some interesting results !
PS: I'm not trying to flame you nor demotivate you, I appreciate your work and i'm just sharing my opinion, I preferred your first one - ninja one - somehow, I hope to see more soon =)
