Speed up the game without speed hack

Ok I'm no hacker I'm not even much of a programmer however I did kinda tweaked some loop intervals and speed times of the video. I cant take the credit for this i saw it here somewhere and by who i cant remember so sorry !!!

What i did notice is he removed all the effects so the game ran uber fast with no effects to slow it down.

I thought well nice, however its kinda boring. So i started to tweak the timing or the amount of time it took to run a video effect loop i speed it up 4X so the effect gets done with and you can react in real time.(my theory)

The file is the 3deffect.ini file in C:\Program Files\Conquer 2.0\ini

Basically make a backup folder and place the original file in it then delete the file in the original folder and unzip and place the one I altered in the folder restart co and put the game in high priority and just have fun.

Could you explain what the FrameInterval and LoopInterval timings do?

So,you mean that you speed up the loading time of the spells.But,if your game client have not receive the packets of another guy casting a spell,it can't load a thing.

this would only make it look faster the actual spell and stuff is server sided

It makes your FPS go faster so if you are TGing it goes about 39 to 49 on my computer... because i gots 4 GBs of ram
