hmmm joy... you would think with all these npc releases for newest people could code there own npcs..

Also word of advice... always check conditions in the switch statement that require them... You don't check the level during the actual uplevel section meaning someone could easily just send you npc usage packet with type 1 and uplevel/get stats past 138.
