And Yeah , The Sub-Class Items 5165.exe is damaged or unknown format.. any idea how to fix this?

lol it`s not damaget i use the items on my server they are working 100%
and ItemAdd.ini you dont need it cuz the items are placed in .dbc files

What do you mean with "LOTF source" ?

and at step 5 do i have to extract the files to my client ?

one more thing wich programm should i use to open the itemtype.dat ? when i use wordpad or the editor i just get weird sings

and LOTF source is source coded in c# and binary source is binary source not cosole server...
