So this isn't "technically" a 5200+ source, because in the patch, all you include are the new maps.

Thats what he said. Some people call it a 5200 some other people call it an updated 5165 source.

Hi there, first of all im a noob, im stuck makin this server work. ive installed the database and edited the files needing my hamachi ip address. also i tryed making my account on the prompt but its not all working right ive also changed the database pw in the scripts instead of the pw "root" i have no idea whats wrong. please help

What is not working? to make an acct you use /newacc name password
when you run the server does it say "the server is ready for connections"?

Lawl, can you give me a more detailed guide? I've extracted, put in C:/ drive, changed the IP in config to my Hamachi IP. Yet when I try open NewestCOServer.exe it says "NewestCOServer has encountered a problem and needs to close." =/. Any help? Lewl.

What version of windows are you using?
if you are using vista or 7 then you will need to set your project to 32 bit if i remember rightly.

Either that or.
Open NewestCOServer.sln
Press F6 then press F5.
If that shows errors its the source, You have added something wrong

Yes, I am guessing you are playing as a gm/pm. This is a system to stop gm/pm abusing their powers. There is a way to make it work just search epvpers.
and yes it is buggy but please find a source that is not buggy

Fix it yourself. there is no source out there that is 100&
