mine are working will but when it come to making account not working

you type a wrong command, it should be /newacc test test [PM] or /newacc test test
it depends on how the source compile the newacc command

I honestly think the link should be removed and this should be closed. We don't want people using this, not do we want people to have a backdoor on their server.

It's not a bad reference for packets and it should NEVER be hosted as is, but we are going to leave it up for now. Anyone who hosts this as it is deserves the exploits to be used against them, honestly.
