Two issues that I have with this are the cool effect does not work, ok so it is only a lame thing but still lol. The other thing I have a problem with is the **** locking system. How or where would I go to fix these issues? I want to either get the lock system to work or just delete it. The cool situation is not a problem but if I know where to look for this problem then I will probably be able to sort out several more issues hehe. My main problems are always where to find the thing to fix such as is it in NPCdialog etc.

lock i believe is in the .exe (encrypted) and if i'm correct, you have to decrypt that (ollydb or some other decryption program), and edit it in there. (well, at least the check of itemlock is in conquer.exe) not sure where the code is (if theres any)

Hi, I've managed to set up the server, but I can't log in to it.
And i think it because there's no association between server and client, so I think this line "ConquerPath=C:\OldCODB\" should point to CO client folder or there's something else to be done?

P.S. Changing path to CO client folder doesn't help.

Open the Server.dat and change where is says "CoFantasy" to your server name...for the IP put 127.0.0.1

Thanks, didn't bother searching for that. I put my settings on a new one .
But now it starts loading and then CO closes.

That happened to me also...Go into your Config.ini in the OldCODB folder and make sure your GameServerIP=<ip> is your external ip...I tried using 127.0.0.1 on it and get the client closing each time so that might be your problem to.
