Couple of tips from a fellow coder (opinions of course):
For your navigation, make it as one file, and include it into your home page, register page, etc, will make your life and others lives a lot easier if u want to add/remove/change a link, same with mysql connection, connect in ur settings.php that way u just have to include it.

I think you have no respect for webdesigners by pulling off their work, and you can assume whatever you want i have been a webdesigner for almost 4 years now working and in study.

The best one so far. I also like how you septerated each section its own html file. Where that why if someone doesn't know how to edit the file, they can clearly see that what ever the file may be, it will be for that section.
