Well I wasted my time downloading it and so forth but... Search for

            SkillAttributes[1190] = new ushort[3][];
            SkillAttributes[1190][0] = new ushort[6] { 8, 0, 0, 500, 100, 0 };
            SkillAttributes[1190][1] = new ushort[6] { 8, 0, 0, 800, 100, 0 };
            SkillAttributes[1190][2] = new ushort[6] { 8, 0, 0, 1300, 100, 0 };
            SkillsDone.Add(1190, 2);

Delete it only once! Then compilet it , voilla.

You need to search for coproj and put Localhost for the ip
