There already is an existing executable in the \bin\debug folder upon download...and if he is not building the solution, then I wouldn't know what. :/
But I highly suspect the new exe is in the \release\ folder; he just needs to edit both solution properties to save in the \debug\ folder. X.x

Edit: yea, he's not loading the newer one; where the file/solution is saved (in C:\Users\sams\...\) gave it away.

Hit "F6" or go to the top bar and click on "Build" then "Build Solution". X_X

If you're experienced, you "can", but because you are asking this, you should get a program to compile the code. A lot of us use Microsoft Visual C# 2008 Express Edition, I included a link in the first step of this guide.

letterx if i use notepad in editing anykind of .cs it can be edited or no? and if i dont have C# COmpiler in my pc i cant make the source running right?

i stil get error in 34 line i usig xp sp3 os and configure all how in guide wat ve problem!!!

erm my server is out but i got a problem with the server dat. i change the format to

[Header]
GroupAmount=1
Group1=Group11.swf
GroupHint1=


[Group1]
ServerAmount=1

Server1=happy
Ip1=5.217.104.195
Port1=9958
ServerName1=happy
HintWord1=
Pic1=Group3/server2.swf

but when i go in and log in its say server dat. corrupted plz reinstall the game.

any idea ?
