Well he asked in in a PM how to fix the OpenSSL error so I replied in the thread.
//edit After looking at his screenshots, I think that his server is trying to access MySQL with the username coemuorg...

@Kiyono bro its dont work :S im remove Manage...Openssl and again add ManagedOpenSsl.dll then dont work
