[Release] Custom Register Page for INI Sources!!

Its really simple all you have to do is edit were it says your accounts folder address and your site title!!!

Use a base in the webserver in the 5165 source and develop it from that. This isn't reallt that good. No offence.
Also, I would reccomend searching for scottsdavy's template.
