when i put in my ip from that site and click listen it just says the ip address dosent say server successfully started like when i use my local ip any idea what im doing wrong?

The account creator is not working for me. Im getting an error when i try to start it.

well id realy like to let my friends play on my p server with me but when i put my ip address in it dosent start the server does anyone know how to fix this?
