Can someone give me IDs for ninja gear for the 5165 source? And also can someone tell me what number represents the + on the item below:

Right click on ".AddItem" and select "Go To Definition", it should tell you which one is the plus when you get there.

Why do you have two 12's?
It should be

130109 == ItemID
12 == +
7 == Bless
255 == Enchant
13 == Gem
13 == Gem
