That's not a npc. It's a in game client system meaning you need a different patch client.

You could try using binaries with a slightly different client version but there are no guarentees it will work (some packet structures may change)

You cant just change composition system, pro4never explain it already. You'll have to switch between the 2 binary version 5065.5071. Also epvp conquer community doesn't support tq binarys so don't bother posting for help, your better looking at the eudemons section for some guidance for general things.
