It's not a trick, it's a message and a test. You test your skills by decrypting it, to find the message. No, it is not the password cipher, so don't bother trying it.

cuz it must be name "Skills testing" or something like that , not just bother people decrypting a **** hex code to get a **** even he said in the thread if you decrypted it so you will get the crypto
