1. Don't Expect people just to give you the sources and don't expect a complete source being posted here ,
-Most sources that are posted, are usually crap, that's why the creator/leecher wants to get rid of it they probably have really hard to patch bugs in it.
-The only way you can get a really good source is to pay a programmer to do it for you, this however costs a lot, 1 feature in a source alone can cost over 100 dollars.
2. TBH, you're operating system doesn't matter much of anything, i'm also on w7 and i can run private servers without any trouble, what does matter is if your computer is 32 or 64 bit
To find out, go to my computer>properties (by right clicking)
then follow this guide
3. After This, find a base+Client, such as hellmouth, and work from there
Then, Learn a programming language, and how the game works etc.
Most Sources are written in C# so i suggest going there,
So Whats it gonna be? Make your own , Beg people and get nothing OR Buy a fully functional source for possibly thousands of dollars?
In Closing, i ask someone to post a rough estimate of how much sources/features cost, though a criteria of revision, features, and bug-free-ness.
