it means '' Player VS Player".,
It works on commands.

CPs Rate: 5000 CPs per kill.

Gold Rate: 1.000.000 per kill.

Max Reborns: 4 Reborns.

Max + on items: +12.

EXP Rate: 999x.

No Talisman added on here.

Max Level: 200.

All pservers have pvp, but not pure, this is PVE.

I am going by what your saying, and you are stating that it is a PVP. In PVP servers, players receive commands and are able to *usually* spawn items. If not, they are usually given items, which defeats the purpose of giving out items to the first 15 players.

just because a server has mobs does not mean its not pvp. mobs mean nothing. you should look at what plays the major roles in the server. instead of stating your first thought on it.
for example. cp drop rate is 5k. little high dont you think? there is more than likely a reason behind this.

now is it really a "Fail advertisement"? or are you just stating your failed opinion on something you dont fully understand?

You're failing.
PVP is useually free gears etc. This is diffently not close to a pvp.

Maybe they got the pvp part, but all servers does.

Pure pvp will it never be, so quite calling this pvp, when is PVE.

Obvious you're the one who don't understand, because you don't know the different on PVP & PVE.

Wizard, when You get 5k cps drop from each monster and need 700-800k to max all Your gear, You need to kill less then 300 monsters, then You have to waste half an hour to max Your gear with what You got from the mobs and just PvP, it's not pure PvP, but pure PvP is not a server where You get maxed gears for free, it's a server where You have to PvP to get something, where You cannot do anything else instead of PvP, which doesn't mean that there won't be any mobs, why would You want to play with monsters since they don't give anything? Pure PvP is a server where You get everything from PvP and not PvE.

Either way, OP said it's PVP and works on commands, so I don't see why items would need to be given out, or why there would need to be CP drops(I get why, but not fully,because...if you want it to be a PVP, just give them the gear to start with?).

mobs play barely any part in the server. free cps are given to new players. your lvl 130 with 10 xp *****. max lvl is 200 and you buy that with cps. mobs dont make a big difference in the server at all
