By entering any of .Summer Developement's website, then you agree with all the
following terms, policies and rules. .Summer Developement is only accepting access
from users of our products. We offer different products, games and developements.
We are not allowing access from any other company of Private Servers, MMO's or other
sites not in developement of .Summer Developement. All access in these cases are not
legal in the case of our following ToS(Terms Of Service) & ToA (Terms Of Agreement).
.Summer Developement got 2 options after readed the terms. The AGREE and the DISAGREE.
While clicking on the agree button, you agree to the ToS and ToA and any of it's policy.
If you click on the disagree button, you disagree to one or more policies of the ToS and ToA.
If you disagree in any points, then you are not allowed to enter the site in anyway. You are
not allowed to use any of .Summer Developements products.
Also if you have things thats not allowed under the policies and u got it (ex. coming from another company).
Then you are automatical not allowed to enter our sites. Also if you are just in work with one and not
even from them, then you are not allowed to enter any of .Sumemr Developements Products Sites.
Please read our ToS and ToA Careful, before clicking AGREE/DISAGREE.

.Summer Developement got copyright on any of the products (BaconCo).
While you are using our products you agree on that we got all rights of them and
you will not leech, edit or reupload on any other sites, without our permission.
You will not edit any files in our products that change the way it works. While
doing these things or things that looks like it, then you will be permanently banned.
(2) Terms Of Agreement
While using any of .Summer Developements products, then you agree to the following rules.
General/Ingame
You are not from net Dragon Software or TQ Digital or in work with them in anyway.
If you are, LEAVE INSTANTLY, because we have nothing to do with you! Because we don't allow
any other companies here.
You will not edit anything in our client, thats not (.dds, .bmp or .jpeg/.jpg).
We will not accept any edits of our products, while you are using them, let them stay as they are.
You will not copy any of our files and put to any other sites.
It will disclaim on our Copyrights © 2010, by .Summer Developement in any cases.
You will not copy in of our ingame features and use them for other servers.
Our features are fully our own features and should not be taken to any other sites/servers.
You will not beg anyone from the GM's for tickets,items etc., because they don't got priviliges to make.
Begging will be punished with the punishment looking best all after how you did.
You will agree with all actions taken by GM's. If you still disagree, please go to our complain section at forum.
Our staff will do the best to take care of your problems and acting mature. We will always take action in the case
of abuse to other players or staffmembers.
You will not use any other game clients, then the official one from our website.
Using other clients is not allowed, because they will work different and will disclaim our products copyright.
You will not use anykind of bots/hacks (speedhack, aimbot).
Botting or hacking will result in instant ban of your account or ip. Please notice we NEVER
unban you in this case.
You will only use broadcast/worldchat for Trade/GuildRecruit/GameHelp.
The broadcast and worlchat is for game reletated things and not for chitchat. Chtichatting can
be taken in the other Chat channels we got (Talk, Whisper, Team, Guild, Friend).
You will only talk english in broadcast/worldchat. No other languages allowed in broadcast/worldchat.
We are an english community and for that reason we will try keep the main language english, because
it can be talked by most peoples. How ever your english might not be good, then still try.
You will not curse/insult/swear at any GM's.
Cursing/Insulting/Swearing at our staff will get you banned instantly, please watch your language.
You will not curse/insult/swear at the server/sourcecode it self.
Cursing/Insulting/Swearing at the server our sourcecode will get you banned instantly, there is alot
work backward our server, so please respect it.
You will not abuse any bugs.
Abusing a bug is not allowed, because it should be a fair game for all players.
Telling bugs or showing will also count as abuse. If you see a bug, please report it.
You will always report botters/hackers/bugabusers. Because then it can easier be a fair
community for all players.
You will not say you are a GM or PM etc. without you aren't. We respect this rule very much,
because abusing this will get you banned on account/ip. If you caugh one report them!
You will not make any fake sites for our services.
This count as scam wich is not a part of our allowed policy, any sites thats not our official site.
Will not be accepted in anyway. Youtube links etc. are allowed as they have nothing to do with other
gaming communities.
You will not advertise for any other sites or servers.
Advertising is diffently not allowed as you might take some of our players.
We will do our best to keep our community and make this to the best server ever.
You will not ask for GM or PM. Asking for a staff position is not allowed, because
staff position are gained for those who are worth it. We also don't take payments
for getting a staffposition, because we want this to be a fair community.
You will not bug any GM's by spamming them.
Bugging or spamming any of our staff, will not be allowed.
Please be patitent, we got alot work and alot peoples to help.
We might not answer at same time you write, but in some few mins we might answer.
We will never ignore any of our players.
You will stop write, if a GM tells u it, because u are starting bug them.
If any of our staff tells you to stop write to them or spam them, then stop.
They might be busy with someone, please wait for them to be done, then they will help.
You will not ask for unban, if u are banned for breaking a rule. We give NO chances.
When you are banned, then you are banned. We don't unban in any case where you have breaked any terms.
The only case where we unban is if you are banned by mistake or there is no proves for the ban. Or if you
can prove you should be unbanned.
You will not spam the players/server in Talk,Whispers etc.
Spamming is annoying and is not tolerated, so please don't soam in anyway.
You will not spam GuildCreation. Spamming guildcreation will get you banned instantly.
You will not make any guilds that Curse/Insult/Swear at any players.
We want a good and friendly community, so any curse/insult/swear guilds will be deleted.
Or giving ban to the account thats in these cases (Also joining members/deputyleaders).
You will always do what a GM say, if it is about breaking a rule.
Our staff will only tell you what to do, if you are about to do something thats not allowed.
If you don't agree and don't want to do it, then you might get banned or kicked or warned.
You will not sell anything for real money. (Items, account etc.)
We don't allow you to sell anything for real money in any case.
Or trading between other communities, games or anything else.
Only peoples allowed to sell anything for real money is the Administration.
You will not scam in any way. You will not even try.
Scam is breaking our policy, but also the internation laws.
Please notice all scams will get your account banned/ip banned.
We don't want any scams here as we want a fair community to all players and all
should feel safe here.
You will not use vip items or anything reletated to vips, if you are not a vip.
If you are not a VIP, then don't use the VIPItems as it is not VIPItems for fun.
It is for a reason, VIPItems are for those who have supported by subscribing to
VIP.
You will not refuse to remove anything requested by the staff.
All items or thigns requested to be removed from you by staff, should be removed instantly.
Not anything with wait 5mins or so. Remove it instantly by request or you will get
banned.
Forum
You will not break any of the General/Ingame Rules.
The rules above counts at the forum also.
You will not spam the forum in any way.
We don't want spam and don't do to raise postcount.
You will not have a signature over 500x500.
Because then it is too big and will look confusing etc.
And you will also fill the whole board by doing this.
You will not post anything includes porno.
We got players in our community wich aint so old as you,
so please respect this.
You will not post any curse/insult/swear words at the forum.
We want a nice language in the forum, because we will try to
make a good community.
You will not go off topic.
Off topic is not only annoying, but can confuse the topic viewers about
what this topic is about, so please don't go offtopic.
You will not make doubleposts or above.
Please use the edit button, if you got more to say. The button is there for a reason.
You will not write Questions in [NO QUESTION] forums. The [NO QUESTION] forums are
useually for guides and releases, so please respect that.
You will not ask for Moderation at the forum.
We got a moderator application forum, wich you should view before doing it.
Also read the requirments and use our layout thats provided in there.
You will accept that your topics or posts gets deleted/closed.
Don't recreate just because it gets deleted or closed. We will just do it again.
Please notice we always give a reason for the close or deletion, please read it.
You will only talk english in the forum.

You will not post anything that includes non reletated to our server, if it is not in the Off Topic section.
It counts as off topic, by posting non server things in the other sections, then Off Topic.
Chatbox
You will not spam the chatbox, is hard for us to help players need support
in the chatbox, if you this.

Only sites reletated to BaconCo or .Summer Developement is allowed.
You will not post any pornographical pictures.
Respect that some peoples are under your age and might see it violating.
You will not flame/insult/curse.
Talk a nice language, because we want to be a good community, where all respect each other.
You will not ask for items. items are gained ingame by the features aviable.
We will not give anything out as it should be fair for all players by gaining items.
You will not ask for staff, because staff is gained by being able to handle it.
You will only speak english in the MainChat.
We are an english community and only allow english language in the MainChat.
You will not break any of the policies under or above!
breaking or disagreeing in any of the policies will not make you allowed to enter our products.
(3) License to use our products
When you download any of our products, then the products have their own license (It is in a textfile in the client).
The license include all our Terms for the product + user guide.
You are not allowed to change this license in anyway.
When you agree to all our policies and terms, then you automatical gets the license to use
our products, the license is not allowed for you, if you have breaked any of our policies or terms.
Or if you disagree with any of them.
(4) Account and security
Your account is in safe hands, while you register. We will never ask for personal datas such as other passwords
or private informations. We will do our best to always help your problems, so you feel save.
If you have got scammed or password changed or anything happens to your account, then you can always contact
us on mail, on forum or on the chatbox. We will always take care of problems the best we can.
When you have donated/purchased anything or subscribed to us, then you will be in the secure, we will never ask
for your personal datas and we will never scam. We can be trusted 100% and you will
ALWAYS recieve your purchasement.
(5) Agreement
While you have readed all things above, then you can finally decide if you agree or disagree.
Or if you are breaking any of our terms.
