Review time!
Haven't played the server too much yet...only level 40 at the time of writing this. But, I had a decently long conversation with the coder while playing and I have to say, I absolutely love everything so far. As previously mentioned, getting to 130 isn't going to be one of those experiences where it's taking so long that you want to repeatedly slam your face into your desk...unless you're one of those folks who actually enjoys extensive leveling. When it comes to gearing, though...doesn't look like it's going to be a walk in the park. Even though there's an NPC in market that'll make 3 of your items elite, 5 unique, and 5 refined, it looks like getting socs, supers, and +items are going to be quite a challenge.
Most of this review is just based on what I was told during the conversation. Some key points: 1. Paying to win isn't possible. 2. The one thing you can donate for (VIP) is just to make hunting easier, as it'll auto pick up certain things. 3. Some of the future plans for the server make it seem like it has some **** good potential. Not going into detail, you'll find out in due time if you decide to give it a go.
Wish I could give a more in depth review, but as I said, I haven't played long enough to give a proper one. Just wanted to point out some good things I've seen/heard within the small time frame.
