Say you go to up someone and you ask them, "Are you using TQ binaries?" when they don't even know you. Say they know how to code, they would find that disrespectful because your practically saying they can't code and that's why they use TQ binaries. I was pretty sure he didn't code it because on his screenshots it looked pretty nice and almost like Official Conquer, but I wasn't so sure. By the way I asked him before I even played the server. So I didn't really know what he had on it, so there could have been a big possibility he coded it, somehow.
