Started to play yesterday! Love those old school Patch/Client just awesome! If you are interested in conquer 1.0 and low rates = work for good char! then you should give it a try it's really worth it!

I'd like to remind everyone now that Project-Throwback does have a backdoor/rat/malicious activity in their client.

Please read the previous Project Throwback where SkyTearz & I provide proof that these people will mess with your computer and have you take part in what looks like DDoS attacks against others without your knowledge.

Lmao yeah. Conquer does not make any outside connection apart from it's told. Only time it creates connections is to the authserver, then it disconnects when it connects to the gameserver. No connections are made at any other time and it does not just make a connection on is own, not even by a mistake, since a program does not do anything else than what it's told to and strange that it would happen to only their client, but haven't happened to anyone else for the last many years.

This happened so long ago, anyway Kris is in jail there are no botnets in the client.

Levling is fast drop rates are terrible but if you want to join feel free..

lol? Get over yourselves, your retarded. The server has been running for 2 years, pretty sure id get some complaints if it was harming anyone. Also, even if there "was" some "backdoor", I dont have access to it. If your that afraid of us having a backdoor, use a fresh 5017 client. It's not like we are forcing users to use our client. Hell, we really don't have much of a client at this point.

Have some respect - As of your last thread, the client had malicious activity going on that was found not just by me, not just by SkyTearz, but also your own ******* moderator.

Do some research before claiming things, and I will have some respect. This is a new server, and I haven't even uploaded a client for this one yet. Two other members of staff have uploaded their own clients, and I still have yet to upload an official one. I just uploaded an autopatcher which replaces the server.dat, version.dat, and a Play.exe (coded in C#, so you can reflect it, just runs the conquer.exe as blacknull). You say that it "DOES" have a backdoor, yet I garuntee that you haven't even downloaded the client for this server.
