As I've lurked through the forums for nearly 6 months now, I've become enlightened as to what I believe people want around here. Generally, leaving official Conquer is because of one to two reasons: either they want it easier or they are tired of the new **** that is to this day ruining the game. Now I love classic; I hate pvp; and I don't prefer the new additions to Conquer. So I'm going to create a server that touches both the classical side and the beginning of 2.0.

Patch - 5071
Max Level - 137
Max + - 12
Reborns - 2
Leveling - TQlike
Drops - TQlike
Composition - New (to avoid the + minor uid exploit)
Talismans - None
Cps - Yes
Lottery - Low rate
Item-lock - None

So, the server is basically TQ-like, a return to basic 2.0. Players won't get free financial aid or armory upgrades. Archers will be a must-have. The economy will have to be stable in order for the server to run accordingly.

So I will eagerly await new players to contact and join my server once it opens. Check back often for new updates.

Nice approach but since it's 5071, I'm assuming it's binaries.

Why would you advertise your server even before having a website? If you want to advertise at least provide one, and don't forget the back-link to ElitePvPers on it...

Yeah it is. Unfortunately I am at college for baseball and I just don't have the time to code my own source right now.

I'm sure you're still a little angered over me and Lat ruining yours. I have no hate towards any other server and just want to make a good community for others to play, I don't want any trouble but I sincerely appreciate how much fun you find in hitting other people's servers. Just don't let me get your IP

It takes all of 1 phone call to change my IP if I ever needed to. Although, any attack is through a proxy anyways. But in reality, I don't know how to do much at all

I don't believe I touched on donations, they'll be closely related to TQ's ideal. Maybe a couple more dragonballs though.

I know I know and to be perfectly honest, if paypal wouldn't have passed these new rules where they need my ssn/proof of address/ID it would be up and going now. Unfortunately, I'll be here -at college- until Friday evening, where I hope to go ahead and free up my paypal in order to go ahead and purchase the vps and domain. But **** happens. So be looking forward to it. Hopefully players will flock to the server and get a good experience.

There's no need to rent a VPS now, the domain is good to have but the VPS... Better keep it how it is (home dedi right?) and watch how it goes, if you get enough players (let's say like 40-50) it's okay to switch with a VPS.
