We have maintenances so that makes it bad? Maint is to keep the server online, and has nothing to do with the hardware- which is in fact extremely expensive and one of the best servers on the market. That's called me keeping active and ensuring that there is minimal lag and problems for the players. (please lets make it clear you have maintenances every 1 to 2 days (shouldn't it be once weekly? and servers being expensive? your having a laugh aren't you? and how is that being called active? servers run themselves practically)
No updates? The most recent update was 1 month ago, since then I have been working almost none-stop on a huge new update, so I'm confused there too. (well i could spit out words to and tell the community how hard i am at work on the new huge update that's easy but lets be honest the last update didn't really do anything in fact ill quote the patch.)
I guess you're entitled to your opinion, but I ask that you look a little closely behind the scenes and understand fully what is going on before taking the time to come to our only advertising thread to belittle me and our server. Just my opinion, can't please everyone I guess. =/ ( i was not trying to belittle you but more like trying to let you see how everyone feels or at least most of the major guilds/players)
I will take on board what you have said though, in the interest of being pro-active and attempt to rectify whatever issues you have over the next coming week. I invite you to email us with any suggestions you have on improving the server and its performance and I'll be happy to look into it. (you have a suggestion forum and a bug forum loads of the issues have already been brought up but still nothing done)

A bug where players can lose items after dying red/black - after a duration of time has been fixed. (i think the community can agree how terrible the black/red name system works ie the items go in your inventory rather then drop as in co 1.0 and that's not all i could go in more detail but i am sure you know its flaws.)

Sorry but most of the features that where fixed was for donaters the others had to be reverted aka using old bi map and the mines are back to the same again. so umm no sorry if this is called working hard on the servers i really doubt that now if you said a promo video then yeah you did work hard on that now you have the community working on the gw video because you cant be bothered to attend the gw and make the video yourself or to keep an eye out for cheaters for that matter..
and i wasn't trying to have a go at you im just letting you know how a lot of the majority of the player base feels and you need to understand that your so called "Work" is none existent the work has been done all the basic things work now let the server run its course aka cash cow.
again i respect you i just don't like how you are running things your not active as you used to be and im a old player and had to deal with the reset loosing a lot of gear but i came back i still donated but enough is enough things aint getting done and people have the right to know.
You even had 1 of your own gm's buying dbs for usd and asking in announcement who was selling dbs for usd? that was pure comedy...(and please don't tell me he was trying to stop them from selling who in there right mind would ask who is selling dbs? that's like 90% of the pinoys on the server) lets also let the new players know that you allow people to sell gear for real money and dbs which undercuts your db prices for us donaters.
So its not all roses and butterfly's this p - server has the community but its not perfect and there are a lot of problems in management.
I only ask you take on board what's been said and remember action speaks louder then words and empty words will fall on death ears.
Will i keep donating? sure i will why because even though there are a lot of problems there are also a lot of good things (huge community,active gw,decent drop rate etc etc..) too and i don't believe in a free ride but i will start questioning my stay on this server if things keep going this way.
