The 'experienced team' currently consists of myself as Lat has gone MIA, and as I'm busy with alot of other stuff development is slow. I have explained before but i suppose i can do it again...

I got it to log in screen but now it says "Server maintenance or network congested", is it not connecting to the server?

Looks like your getting plenty of help to me, personal help from the server owner, not many servers would go this far to help someone

Hardly, alot of server owners have staff who help people sure, I don't think every server owner personally assists members themselves.

Every server owner that respects himself and the others does this thing. I don't expect [GM]MohammedTheBestNinjaMonk2ndReborn[PM] to help me but if you want your server to be a decent one, you must offer support or atleast hire someone who can do this properly.

Well IMO you answered and clarified what Korvacs said. He stated that "not MANY" server owners will help. He didn't say they ALL don't. Just as you confirmed, some will / some won't. He wasn't really being ignorant.

And yes myrang3r, I attempted to reply as soon as I saw your message. I apologize if that wasn't suitable for you. Issues tend to be answered far quicker if you email our support though. The forum will just get general assistance.

For example- if I'm sleeping at 3am and someone submits a support problem, it may take me 4-5 hours to wake up and see the problem. We're not intentionally trying to be rude. We're just asleep.

Yes, but he doesn't make a fuss of this because he helped a man and he's the owner. This is his job, he must help, it's not like the man was privileged that a owner helped him. That's what I mean.

Lol dunno why your making a big deal out of this, i simple said it because the vast majority of server owners just have other people to do that for them while they just sit back and dont do anything really.

Once a server is up and running with players and staff, server owners don't usually get on to help players troubleshoot with problems and answer questions. I do understand that it's their job to help players but not many servers do. Having a server owner online helping out a player personally is an uncommon thing to see today.
