you need decrypt the ItemType.dat
and there is the items ids EX:
well here is a decrypt i found quickly

the firsts numbers are the IDS of the item this is an example
IronHelmet = @item 111009 12 7 255 13 13

Blizzard is the name of the item (in this server u use the item ID)
12 is the plus
7 = bless (-%dmg)
255 = enhan HP
13 = gem
