Low rate (a bit higher than the classic original) items and gold drop.
Farm to PVP based server.
Cps come from events.
Cps DO NOT drop.
Mid Exp rate.
Lab & virtue points are functional.
All 2nd reborn skill combinations and pure skills are functional.
Active market Initiative.

I'd call that classic, but the server definitely isn't "pure classic" like the title suggests. I feel like servers need to get more comfortable with calling their servers "Classic+" or "Vanilla+" (if it's before the New Dynasty expansion).

To me anything that was before 2nd reborn is true classic. I have stopped playing when 2nd reborn and lotto came out.
