[REQUEST] time of day / color hack

ok ive been wanting a hack like this ever since the fireworks quest with dark cities.

first off i want to mention that i can maintain and code out the adjustments and memory addresses.

ok the hack itself is simple, but im not to pro at programming. basically its a script that changes your screen color overlay incrementivily throughout a set time period. in short, itll feel like a time of day cycle much like you see in grand theft auto. ive done it before with this old hack that used a smiley face icon as the systray icon.

ill figure out the color codes and cycles, but i need someone to make the actual app and do the compile. and to help keep the hack up to date id like it to have an open memory address slot so users can freely update if something were to happen like i quit or whatever.

thats pretty much it, if your interested add me on one of the IM programs and i think you can make this fairly quickly and it would add alot more diversity to the gameplay and visual aspect of the game.

Pretty much has to do with the weather effects. Only way I personally know how to do it is using packets through a proxy. I assume you could also change the default weather for a certain map through either some ini file or dmaps. Another way I'm sure should work, is that you search for the current weather id in cheat engine and change it.

There's a way to adjust the CO screen's RGB values too, you can make it look like morning, evening, dusk, dawn, etc.
