How to disconnect BCO 1.3.11 users

Going to be fixed anyways so I thought I would share.

Apply this patch in CE

Once that is applied, when you chat to a BCO 1.3.11 user they will be disconnected.

Have fun spamming world chat keeping most of the BCO users off until the next BCO update.
