I have recently started back up on an old Conquer Private server Project and upon Unlocking FPS so players may choose what to cap their Frame Rate at I have noticed a few strange Visual bugs.
For example Animations for things such as Wings, Titles, Blessing Icon in top Left and even a few Interface options like Bulletin with Visual Effects they are Rapidly Refreshing and animating extremely fast.
Having Trouble fixing this issue without Capping Fps at low values such as 40 or 60.
If anyone is willing to help and has helpful input on this issue please let me know. I would really love to have Fps be Limited to any desire Value while having all those simple Effects still display at a regular Speed. Extremely fast flashy animation on things like Titles and Wings and even Garment effects is very annoying lol.
