You should buy a loader to do this if you want to communicate
Stop trying to scam people. Launchers that do this are free to download. You can bypass server.dat by using or any other open-source loader available on epvp. Actually making server.dat modifiable is also available freely, but not necessary for running a server.

edit the list of servers, you need to edit and QO.dat
not server.dat.
