@ the question. You'll need to reverse engineer the encryption algorithm/keys from the conquer.exe file (or overwrite them with your own) to do what you're describing. It's not something that is publicly documented as far as I'm aware.
People are welcome to release work on epvp and to discuss their work/ask questions but asking someone for completed code/tools/hacks/etc is forbidden here.
