No. No you cannot. Your monitor can't even display anything over 50 or 60 fps (depending on your display). Hell, my expensive HDTV can't even display anything over 220 fps. Got a screen with 60 Hz refresh rate? Well then, 939 of those precious 999 frames your computer is computing away are being skipped. Great, right? That's why all of these threads are absolutely retarded. You cannot achieve frames per second that high. Why would you even want something that high though? Why on earth would you ever need frames to be repainted that frequently per second? There is no reason.
Press START + R on your keyboard and enter "dxdiag".
In the "Display 1" tab, look under the "Device" grouping.
For "Current Display Mode", you will see your current screen resolution, followed by your screen's refresh frequency. This is most likely 60Hz on a standard 1080p monitor.
Understand that Hz is a measurement of cycles per second, and FPS is a measurement of frames per second. So, if your screen refreshes 60Hz (60 times per second), and your program wants to draw at 999 FPS, tell me which is going to win: physics or your stupidity? Hint: your screen is limiting you to 60 fps maximum, as the rest will be skipped.
This works on any device
But I have a secret to works it
Wrong, neither work on any device nor a secret

But to be honest as long as ur fps +100 it is good&enough to go just not to harm ur pc. There is a way to incredibly increase fps up to 999 using cheat engine just by enabling speedhack for an instance on the client u using however It is not recommended and may harm ur pc badly + 1 day ban for non vips.
And I don't think that above 60 is skipped as u can feel the difference but it still a stupid useless thing to do which will fuck ur device. You also can edit the ping value to whatever you want for an instance through CE however it will go back to the normal value 1-2 sec later so it is useless too, putting in account that high fps makes ping get lowered, it eventually depends on ur connection and ur location. So this thread is useless!
