guys any help here any one have idea ?

Pretty easy. Install Cheat Engine, log in CO2, open CheatEngine, open Conquer.exe process from CE, search for those values (256/512 - 2 bytes) when all zoomed in and out. Ater you have only a few posibilities (like 3), right click the first address - change value - put in something like 178.
