How to question . . .
ok so I decided i wanted to start trying to make my own programs for CO... only problem is, no idea where to start lol... i've always learned best by example... i already know how to code in C, Java, and C++... honestly i'm most comfortable with Java so i guess i'm gonna stick to that...
now basically i have a request if someone could guide me on how to get started... maybe show me coding or at least guide me to doing something simple (well not really simple, but simple as far as programming a whole entire bot goes)... something perhaps as just being able to make a program with one button, and when that button is clicked, it sends a packet (which i'm assuming is how most bots work) to the client to have the character sit...
well, thx in advance if anyone can make a program just like this and give me the code ^_^ (obviously the program would be COMPLETELY useless... but by reading it, i'd understand what you did and be able to do many other things)

You assume its all that simple, especially with the packet stuff.
I suggest you should use Search more often find the encyption and all.
No one is gonna hand you the encrypt/decrypt routine for packets just like that.
Seriously if you have to ask where to start you shouldnt start because that would mean you do not know how to operate google
This isnt meant as flaming just some advice to search.

thanks for your useless post... it's comments like this that lead to people to just leach off of this site, if you are not willing to help, then don't bother posting? anyway, i got help from a member of this site already, it was quite useful... i already stated that i know it's A LOT harder then most would think (as i said i know how to program so i know things are always more complicated then you would think are) . . . but anyway, thanks to his help, i'll give it a week or two before i completely understand how it all works...
once again, if u can't help and are just going to demean me, don't bother posting here, i'm looking for genuine help... i actually barely even play CO anymore, i might log in once or twice a week... doing this is more for my educational purpose for a better understanding of how such programs (i.e. bots) work... and if i can figure it out (with the helps of others who already know how to do it) and a little will power, i'll attempt to release something for the community to use...
so sorry if i'm not your every day leacher and want to help in the very tiny group in this forum that actually provides the programming and not just come here to leach

You missed the point, I wasnt trying to be mean or flame, maybe you read it that way? I was pointing out to your 'simple' bot to send packets that THAT isnt that simple, and i already knew you were getting help, and that help you could have read thru the past 2 weeks posts aswell, again i point at search, theres all the info to make a good memory based bot available all you gotto do is search, leecher or not is not the point.
As you can see, my point was to search and you'll get far enough.
maybe not as far as sending packets because as i said before that info isnt just gonna be handed out (with info I mean the decryption of the packets.)
Also you can ask the one who's helping you if I meant it mean, we actually had a convo about this topic.
Edit: As you say youre going for educational purposes, search for qoproxy or venom proxy or plenty of sources in java all working on the OLD encryption, so just get a 4351 client and connect to one of the countless pservers that runs on old encryption, tho the sources are ugly (no offence to creators )
but yeah if you searched for packets, proxy's, CO encryption etc.. etc.. you could have tried this before

hmm... thats a good idea, i.e. using an old client w/ a self made pserver to test out the qoproxy to see how it works... i might just try that... though as i said the coding done was very messy so it's kinda hard to understand...
ne way, i understand a lot more w/ wats going on... i'll give it a little more while till i start on a project... hopefully before classes start again

Exactly what the title says.
I keep on getting an xTrap error when i try and load ANY private server that uses XTrap and it's driving me absolutely insane.
I cant figure out why it's showing me the error. If anyone has any bypasser for Helix / PaRaDoX
or any other server u know that has xTrap can u either PM me the bypass or post it here pls......this is driving me nuts
