Auto Keyboard (Request)

I have tried searching the internet and tons of forums for a program which I think should be simple, but i can't find a one anywhere. Possibly there are ones to pay for out there but I didn't try anything that isn't freeware. Most likely I'm just blind and there is one out there but I'll make this request to see if any of you gifted programmers can help me out, or even tell where to find a program that does this:

What I need:

I need it to be able to press a keyboard button of my choice (including the f1 keys, numbers keys, a-z etc. If you can put a full keyboard on there it would be great.)

In addition I need to be able to choose how often the button gets pressed, I literally want to be able to type in how many milliseconds (or at least seconds, but can still count up to like 5 minutes if necessary.) until the button is pressed again.

And finally, I need it to have the option to input more than 1 key to be pressed with different times for each of the keys. (Example: I want to press the F1 key every 10 seconds, and I also want to press the number 6 key every 10 and a half minutes.)

I figure most people wouldn't need an auto keyboard for games to press more than 5 different types of keys with individual counters for them, but if you can put in more and make it flow well go for it.

A hotkey to start/end it would be nice especially if you could choose which key to use, cause sometimes people need the keys you set as the hot key. but if not, generally the [home] and [end] keys aren't used. Just dont make it an F# or letter key.

[Also I've noticed that some bots only work when a particular program is open, otherwise they wont press the key etc. I don't need this to run in the background when i minimize my game window because I want to use this program for more than 1 game. I just want to press the button, even if I only my desktop open. [However if you can somehow make it run in the background and make it work for any game that would be awesome.]

I don't think this should be a hard program to make maybe just a bit of time, but it could be so useful for many different things. Praise to the man that makes this, and thank you.
And yes I have heard of macros, but I want a .exe program.

Here is a sort of example program except its for mouse. This was made by N3W8Y and is one of the best auto clickers I have ever found, I've used it for a lot more than just games.

Auto It looks like an uglier version of VB. Something like a Hybrid between php, VB, and delphi from seeing your tut *shutters*.
