Ollydbg to modify Fatal Strike speed?

I've been up and down google and forum search trying to find info on how to find and modify the value for Fatal Strike attack speed.

Yes I'm willing to learn in the process. I prefer a learning process so I don't have to ask for next update.

I'm not experienced, but familiar with Ollydbg, Cheat Engine, and C#.

Ultimately what is required?

-Software?

-Process?

-Putting it together?

You can only remove the slight delay between attacks in FS in the client last I know of. There are tons of guides here on how to do that with olly. The "attack speed" is server-sided.

I thought about magictype and assumed it might be. But never actually played around with it. I gotta' get off my lazy *** and do more toolin' around. Thanks for that.
