I assume your trying to edit someone elses code, as per your first post (coding CP drops?), provided thats the case you need to open the existing project file which is in the folder of the source you downloaded.

project13.exe is missing ?
if not please upload it and ill try to check it's PE or try to get any hint why it's not working
but mainly what the error ask u to do is to set outputpath and asm name properties and then build it again , did u try this ?
