There are speed hacks; its like having cyclone forever.
But other than that no.

OR you could download " UCO MultiHack that has a SpeedHack that you can use without DC if your speeding. Its handy but as others said CID Proxy Has one it also has DHCyclone witch is Devine Hera And Cyclone No matter what class you are and instantly.

I get to around 700's on cyclone and superman. using cid proxy. but cid proxy doesnt include fatal strike so is worth getting 5bot tbh
